Funny scene from series 1 of Bottom where the gasman comes round to check their meter (and mention they don't use gas because they don't know what it is, though in fact stealing their neighbour's gas, played by Brian Glover) and to stop him from leaving they mercilessly beat him up, then nearly let him indulge in his hobby of bus surfing.
