Die Hard With A Vengeance Gallon Jug Riddle

Did the Gallon Jug riddle on Die Hard With A Vengeance leave you completely confused and flustered? As much as it sort of explains part of the riddle, just not all the riddle, so I found this on youtube, and hopefully it should clear things up :) Can't believe this film only 48% on Rotten Tomatoes :( I thought the story and bad guy were better in this than Die Hard 2 at least.
